No where in the listed information or picture for this product does it state that it connects via velcro. Velcro is weak and if it's not perfectly aligned, it can rub your neck raw.
I found a better one at Five and Below for only $3 and it is stiched and has a ring vice a hook.
I take this thing with me everywhere! I'm pretty hard on it and it hasnt broke and I dont have any threads hanging! GO GIANTS
